BREDAM SA LASER microwelding center welcomes customers that wish to perform a feasibility test with LASER assembling / marking.

LASER applications are developed by experienced specialists, thus opening new capabilities in LASER microwelding.
BREDAM SA fiber LASER equipment indeed allows to working in continuous mode (cw), with spot sizes ranging from 10 to 70 microns.

BREDAM SA is a privately held, independent company, and is used to realize development projects under confidentiality rules, by signing NDA's with our customers.

• Our equipment is intended to be the most flexible, with a fixed welding head – scanning head - 4 motorized axes - protective gas supply – on-axis and off-axis visual control with numeric cameras.
• Our in-house micromechanics workshop allows realization and modification de parts and tooling without delay.
• Our quality control laboratory is equipped with miscellaneous microscopes, with magnification ranging from 5x to 500x, with extended focal imaging – numeric image acquisition – tensile strength and compression bench testing – precision measures with micron resolution.
